Its Sunday in February, and the weather is wet, so what better way to spend it than getting outside and going for a walk. There is nothing better than going for a fresh, windy walk and then getting back inside to get cosy and warm. Only sometimes you return home soaking wet, with your jeans sticking to you and your hair drenched, achieving a similar feeling to as if you have been in the shower.

Typically, when the sky's are chucking it down, looking fashionable seems to become a little more complex. It takes you back to those scenarios when you remember getting all dressed up and heading out the door, only to be horrified that the weather has other ideas. Not only being extremely light weight, and easy to fold down into a little storage pouch, the poncho is 100% waterproof. This means the products practicality is on balance with looking good. (never happens...)
100% waterproof may seem a little optimistic. So, we wanted to know for ourselves if this really was the case.
On a stormy day in mid-February, we put our ponchos on ready to brave the elements and test the performance. Heading out for walk to the sea with the dogs in hand, we fought against the rain and the wind. We returned, only to find that our ponchos, our only protection shielded us from the rain and kept us from soaking wet clothes to 100% dry. A barrier so thin, demonstrating the quality really is second to none.
